Robi Axiata Limited is a public limited company, where Axiata Group Berhad of Malaysia holds the controlling stake of 61.82%, Bharti Airtel of India holds 28.18%, and general public holds the remaining 10% stake. The company made its debut in the country’s twin stock markets in Dhaka and Chattogram on the 24th of December, 2020 with the largest ever IPO.

Axiata is an emerging leader in Asian telecommunications with a significant presence in Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Cambodia. In addition, the Malaysian grown holding company has strategic mobile and non-mobile telecommunications operations and investments in India, Singapore, Iran, Pakistan and Thailand. Axiata Group Berhad, including its subsidiaries and associates, has approximately 120 million mobile subscribers in Asia and is listed on Malaysia’s stock exchange (Bursa Malaysia).

Bharti International Singapore is a private limited company incorporated and domiciled in Singapore.

The principal activities of the company is investing, operation and provision of telecommunication facilities and services through utilising a network of submarine cable systems and associated terrestrial capacity. The Company sells, leases or otherwise provides wholesale bandwidth and related telecommunication services to carrier customers.
