Delete Account for My Robi- Bangladesh
To remove or delete account from My Robi App:
Option-1
Is it truly your intention to remove your account? You will lose your personal data from the " My Robi - Bangladesh App " within 30 days. Information that has been erased cannot be retrieved. Please note that all of your Robi app related account data and the app account will be deleted and if you re-register in future, you will not be eligible for the signup bonus.
Insert your Robi Number
Option-2
Login to My Robi App > Click on the avatar on the top left of home page > got to settings tab > go to delete account > specify reason > next > No I want to delete > confirm > Submit OTP you’ve received on your phone> Account Deletion Successful.
Option-3
Visit nearest Robi care center to request to remove or delete account from My Robi App, if you are unable to delete account from My Robi App. Please note that all of your Robi app related account data and the app account will be deleted and if you re-register in future, you will not be eligible for the signup bonus.
