- The offer is applicable only for Robi Brand Subscribers of Robi Axiata PLC.
- Customers (Robi Brand Subscribers of Robi Axiata PLC.) must login to My Robi App on Sunday, 26th January 2024 (from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM, covering the entire day) to be eligible for the reward.
- On first arrival basis, every 300,000th customer who logs in to My Robi App will be rewarded with a Travel Voucher worth BDT 25,000
- Every customer meeting campaign eligibility condition will receive 50 Loyalty Points more with a validity of 30 Days.
- The winners of the campaign will be called via Robi Hotline Number, for contact details check Robi Customer Service & Support । Helpline & Live Chat
- Robi Employees and Officials will not be eligible for this campaign.
- Robi will never ask customers to transfer funds, share personal information, or provide any personal belongings to claim rewards. For your security, please disregard any requests of this nature and report any suspicious activity immediately.
- Robi reserves the sole discretion and right in selecting winners and determining rewards in the Campaign and declare the name of the winner through Robi Hotline Number and Robi Official Page, and My Robi App and this selection from Robi shall be final and conclusive.
- The winner will be handed over the reward either physically or through Digital Communication within 15 days from the winner announcement date. Winner will be notified through Robi Hotline Number.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or if the winner does not respond within 24 Hours of the first call generation to the Customer to notify his/her winning, Robi reserves the right and discretion to withdraw the prize from the winner. However, upon Robi’s absolute discretion, Robi may offer the same to another person who Robi deems fit and proper. Any such approach from Robi shall be considered as final and conclusive.
- The winner hereby agree that Robi shall reserve the right to use his/her name and image of the winner in any publicity material and/or communication of Robi.
- If a customer has already received a reward during earlier Super Robibar campaign, they will not be eligible to win this reward again.
- Robi shall notify the winners when and where the reward can be collected or delivered.
- The participant or contestant hereby confirm that he/she shall abide by all the terms and condition in the Campaign.
- Robi reserves the right to exclude any entry from the Campaign at any time and in its absolute discretion if Robi has reason to believe that he/she has breached any terms and conditions, acted in violation of any laws, and/or acted fraudulently in any way or brings Robi into disrepute.
- Robi shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify any or all of the above-mentioned terms and conditions without assigning any reason.
