3Mbps is the minimum internet speed required to play on ONMO.

11. What is the Average data usage for a game?

The amount of data used while playing a game can vary greatly based on the specific game and how it's being played. Streaming games, in particular, tend to consume more data due to the continuous transmission of video and input data between the server and the device. The exact data usage will depend on various factors such as video stream resolution and quality, network speed, and the length of the gaming session.

12. Will I lose my game progress if there is a problem with my internet connection?

Your overall game progress will be stored on the account created by you and will not be lost even if you switch smartphones. You may lose progress within a game in case of any internet connectivity problem during gameplay.

13. Can ONMO be played across other platforms and devices?

ONMO currently supports only mobile games and they can be played with other users on iOS and Android smartphones ONLY.

14. What are Moments?

Moments are ONMO’s proprietary feature. They are a curated set of short format gameplay content, created from popular casual games, ranging up to 3 minutes. Each game can have multiple Moments curated and listed under it.

15. What are Challenges?

Challenges in ONMO typically involve specific tasks that need to be completed within a set timeframe for a particular game. These tasks are often referred to as "missions" and can vary greatly depending on the game and its objectives. To participate in these challenges, players usually have to pay an entry fee. These challenges provide an additional layer of competition and engagement for players, making the gaming experience more dynamic and exciting.

16.How to play and win Challenges?

How to play:

Playing challenges in ONMO games is easy and straightforward. To participate, follow these steps:

• Select the game: Choose the game you want to play from the available options.
• Pick a challenge: The very first Challenge will be auto-picked and you have to complete the first Challenge to unlock the second.
• Read the mission: Before starting the challenge, read the mission carefully to understand what you need to accomplish.
• Start playing: Once you have a clear understanding of the mission, you can start playing the challenge.

To win a challenge:

• Complete the mission: Use your skills and strategy to successfully complete the mission or objective within the given time limit.
• Move on to the next challenge: If you successfully complete the mission, you will typically be presented with a "Play Next" button, which allows you to move on to the next challenge.
• Repeat the process: Continue playing and completing challenges until you reach the end of the series or competition.

If you fail to complete a mission, you will typically be notified that the mission has failed and you will remain on the same challenge. You can then try again.

17.How many Challenges should I complete?

The number of challenges in a particular game can vary, but it usually ranges from 7 to 10 depending on the difficulty level.

18. What are Battles?

Battles are played against a friend or random opponent to win virtual coins. You can access Battles by clicking on it on the bottom navigation bar and selecting a game to play.

19.Can I select which Moment gets played in my Battle?

Moments for Battle are chosen at random based on the game selected, you cannot choose the specific Moment.

20. How long is my Battle valid?

A Battle is valid for 24 hours after the first player has completed their turn. An opponent needs to close their play within that time.

21. What happens to my ONMO coins if the opponent does not play the battles within 24 hours?

Your ONMO coins are automatically credited back to your account in case of an opponent forfeits play.

22. What are Daily Tournaments?

A tournament is a 24-hour multiplayer battle with minimum of 3 players and no limit a on a maximum number of players, in which the top 3 players are awarded ONMO coins (based on the location of the user). An entry fee (ONMO coins) is applicable to play and a single player can enter a tournament multiple times to try and win. New tournaments are started on a selection of games each day.

23. What are Practice Tournaments?

Practice Tournaments are similar to Daily Tournaments, however, can be played only for ONMO coins.

24. How long is my Tournament Valid?

Both Daily Tournaments and Practice Tournaments are valid for 24 hours. Same can be viewed on the timer given on the tournament card.

25. What happens to my entry fee if the minimum requirement for the Tournament is not met?

In case a minimum of 3 players do not opt for a tournament, the entry fee (ONMO coins) will be refunded to the deposit wallet at the end of the tournament.

26. What is the difference between Solo, Battle and Tournament?

Solo is typically a single-player experience where the player plays against the system/game's AI.

Battle is a multiplayer type where players compete against a friend or random opponent to win ONMO coins.

Tournament is a competition type with a minimum of 3 players and no limit on a maximum number of players, in which the top 3 players are awarded ONMO Coins. An entry fee is applicable to play and a single player can enter a tournament multiple times to try and improve the score.

27. What happens to ONMO coins in case of a draw?

Your ONMO coins are automatically credited back to your account in case of a draw.

28. Where can I check my transaction history?

Click on your ‘Profile’ icon on the top left corner of the home screen to access transaction history and other details.
