• — MNP means Mobile Number Portability. It allows you to switch your mobile network provider without changing your existing mobile phone number. This service has started in Bangladesh from the 1st October 2018 following government guidelines.

  — Example:- If you have a GP or Banglalink number, you can switch to Robi without changing the number.

— If you switch your mobile network provider through MNP function, please note that your existing data, SMS, etc. balance will be forfeited.

— Copy of National Identity Card.
