1. You have to create a Family group and add Family members (minimum 1) before purchasing a MyFamily pack.
2. Parent can add up to 10 Family Members (child members).
3. Parent can purchase a pack and share it with up to 5 Child Members from his/her list of Family Members.
4. Parent can now purchase a pack with either Auto Renew or with no Auto Renew.
5. When a parent shares his/her Family Pack with the Child, then the Parent and only Child members who were shared the pack with can avail 45 Paisa Call Rate at 1 Second Pulse among all the Family Members. Special call rate will be applicable for Parent to child, child to parent and child to child users.
6. Shared Internet, Mins, SMS will be transfer to Family members account and Parent user will not have any control after successful transfer.
Any regular Robi Prepaid/Postpaid customer can purchase above MyFamily plans through MyRobi App
You have to create a MyFamily group and add minimum one family member.
Next You can view and compare suitable plan from MyRobi App. Based on your family need you can choose any of the bundle to opt-in. Respective bundle price will be deducted from your mobile balance.
It is easy to manage sharing family members from MyFamily bundle section of MyRobi App. Customer can view subscribed balance, allocated balances and remaining usage of each member, if require the purchaser can also increase the shared volume of a member.
Note: If any number is already a member under another subscriber, s/he can’t subscribe to the MyFamily pack within the validity period of existing plan.
Creating family member is easy and very convenient. Customer can only create family member with MyRobi App by clicking My Family on Quick Links or Menu option.
Yes, you can modify but only increase the allocation. Once you have allocated, you cannot reduce the volumes from your members. Currently, the modification is only offered from MyRobi App. Visit MyRobi > Click on “MyFamily” > Tap on “Manage Family Members” > from each of member’s dashboard you can click to share additional benefits.
Unless Ported-in to Robi, you cannot create other operator number as a MyFamily member. If the number is Ported-in to Robi you can create a MyFamily member and allocate quota.
Yes, you can add prepaid/postpaid number as your member of MyFamily group.
You can easily check you and your members’ balance by visiting MyRobi App.
Yes, you can purchase with or without Auto Renew.
You will be notified through SMS once your bundle purchase is successful. Also, we will notify you with a SMS once you create family members, allocation details will also be shared with you once you do it.
You can use data volume over any network.
No, once you are a child under any parent, you cannot buy pack during that time. You can buy after the expiry of the bundle validity and removing yourself as a Child account under that parent.
Only the parent and the Child numbers that the parent has shared the pack with, can avail the call rate.
The Call Rate is allowed for calling among the parent’s Family group only.
Parent A has created a Family group of 7 Members (B, C, D, E, F, G, H)
Parent A has purchased a pack and shared it to 4 Members (B, C, D, E)
Parent A and Members B, C, D, E can now avail the call rate of 45P/Min at 1 Second Pulse by calling among Parent A and the full Family Group of A (B, C, D, E, F, G, H).
So B can avail special call rate by calling both A, H and C, even though H is not shared with the Family Pack. However, H can not avail the same.
A Child account can self optout from a MyFamily if he/she has used up all the resources that were shared by the parent and then he/she can log in to MyFamily option in My Robi and click on delete button on existing parent to get removed.
A parent account can also remove a Child account after a period of 60 days from when the child account was initially added and child user shouldn’t have any balance available that was shared.
