Postpaid Bill Pay Reward

1. Bill Pay Reward is only applicable for Postpaid customers. Prepaid customers can enjoy this benefit when they  migrate to Postpaid.

2. The bill dues cleared must be above Tk 100.

3. The bill dues must be cleared after bill date.

4. The offer is only applicable for individual Robi Postpaid customers. The offer is not applicable for Corporate, SME, Easyload and Uddokta.

1. What is bill pay reward?
- Any postpaid customer clears bill dues (above Tk 100) after bill date will be able to enjoy a special benefit which we call as bill pay reward.

2. What is the reward?
-Customer clearing dues will be able to enjoy reduced tariff 66paisa/min with 1 second pulse.

3. What is the reward modality?
- Customer must clear entire dues to be eligible for the offer. If any customer has less than Tk 100 bill dues, they must pay more than Tk 100 to be eligible for the offer. Once customer is eligible for the offer, they will receive the reward activation code through SMS. The code is *123*333#, upon dialing this code, customer will automatically receive the discounted call rate. The validity of the rate will be until next bill date from the USSD opt-in date.
After generating next bill, the reward will be expired automatically. To enjoy the offer again, the customer must initiate the whole process again.

4. Who can enjoy the reward?
- Any individual Robi postpaid customers can enjoy the reward (except corporate, SME, easyload, Uddokta).

5. Do I have to clear all my dues or last bill clearance will be enough?
- To get the offer customer must clear all the dues.

6. I have less than Tk. 100 bill dues, how can I avail the reward?
- You have to pay bill more than Tk. 100 to be eligible for the offer.

7. How can I pay bill to be eligible for the offer?
- Any medium of bill pay will be applicable for the reward. The bill pay can be any recharge like MFS mobile recharge (bKash/Nagad/Rocket etc), Bank Pay (pay order, auto bill pay), website (credit/debit card recharge or pay) etc
