  • Any recharged amount other than the pack price will be added to customer’s main balance.
  • If you are the requester, please wait up to 30 minutes to receive an SMS and email confirmation for the number you have specified.
  • Robi Axiata Ltd will assume no liability if the recipient’s mobile number was entered incorrectly, and no refunds will be issued.
  • For any query regarding online recharge, payment and refund please send us an email at support@portpos.com or log recharge failure related issue complaint in https://support.portpos.com/open.php
  • In case of Recharge failure, the same amount will be refunded by respective payment partners (PortPos). Refund adjustment time to respective requester Bank or MFS account is 5 to 7 working days.
  • Customers need to dial *1# to know the account balance.
  • Customers can check successful recharge history For Prepaid need to dial *123*1*5# For Postpaid: *123*1*6# to know the last recharge.
  • Customer can recharge up to BDT 1000 for prepaid and BDT 50,000 for Postpaid at one go.
  • During pack purchase through online payment any prior subscription free or emergency balance usage will be deducted from the amount recharged for pack or offer purchase. In that case internet pack or offer that you have selected may not be activated.
  • During Internet pack or offer purchase, for 'Payment through bKash or cards', purchase limit for prepaid customer is between 20 Taka - 1000 Taka and for postpaid customer 20 Taka - 50000 Taka
  • Pack price is inclusive of SD, SC and VAT.
