General:
- Packs will be activated on first usage, after latching to foreign network.
- There is no speed limit of the data volume packs. After full consumption from the pack, usage will be blocked. Customer needs to purchase pack again to enjoy the service.
- Data only bundles (where free incoming minutes are offered) will get activated with GPRS event only. Once bundle is activated, customer will be able to use free Incoming minute. But with incoming call, such data only bundles will not be activated.
- After consumtion from packs, voice & SMS will be charged as per PPU.
- All customers are suggested to update their single app to the latest version to avail all the latest features.
Postpaid:
- Postpaid packs are auto renewable.
- Postpaid customers can purchase only one pack at a time.
Prepaid:
- Prepaid packs are not auto renewable.
- Prepaid customers can purchase same or different offer packs multiple times within same validity.
- For seamless connectivity in roaming, please ensure data roaming & mobile data is turned on and APN settings are correct (APN: INTERNET). In case of dual sim device, make sure correct sim card is selected.
- If network does not latch automatically, restart the device, and then please select the preferred network manually from your device’s network settings.
- In case of outgoing call problems, please dial any numbers with correct country code. In case of call to Bangladesh, please dial in +880 or 00880 format.
