How do I unsubscribe from Spotify Premium?

• Step 2: Under “Your plan”, click on the “Change Plan” button
• Step 3. Scroll down to “Spotify Free” & click on “Cancel Premium”
• Step 4 . Continue through the confirmation message. Spotify will deactivate subscription and stop sending renewal requests.

• Log out and back in . T his can force an update between your device and account.
• Also, check you’re using the right login details. You might have signed up to Premium with a different account.

I successfully completed the payment, but still haven't received the Spotify service.

• Ask from end user --> Did you receive a payment confirmation
• Yes --> In such cases you can advice end user to log out and log in again. If it does not help, then better to redirect end user to Spotify Support(https://support.spotify.com/bd-en) or Fortumo Support page(https://s.fortumo.com/spotify).
• No --> We kindly remind you that every payment requires a confirmation message after the payment is completed. In case you haven't received any payment confirmation, then you most probably did not get charged.
